• Provide quality teaching and learning services with a good curriculum structure to produce students who are competent in the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the undergraduate level.
• Conduct academic and co-curricular development programmes that have an impact to instill an integrated sense of self and human values in students.
• Provide efficient and effective student affairs services so that the process of student development through activities inside and outside the university runs well whilst their welfare being taken care.

• Produce quality and sufficient students with a first-class entrepreneurial mindset in all academic fields to accommodate the entry requirements into all undergraduate programmes offered by Universiti Malaysia Kelantan.
• Provide students with solid basic knowledge in their respective fields while cultivating a deep interest in the fields of entrepreneurship to achieve UMK’s goals as an Entrepreneurial University. 
• Build and shape human capital with noble character, knowledge, creativity and skills, who have an integrated sense of self and entrepreneurial values to become professionals and future leaders of the country and provide early exposure to the learning environment at UMK.
